No luck! Could non runsfc /scannow.
Says that I must exist an ambassador running a console session in club to use the sfc utility.
1. I changed my countersign just I've also changed that in Outlook. Works via the website.
2. Subscription Product - Microsoft 365. Not certain what yous mean, "Can other accounts be added to your Outlook client successfully?"

Since you have updated the account'south password, possibly the outcome is caused past the old invalid credential record, I recommend y'all could too endeavour to clear the erstwhile credential records in Credential Manager > Windows Credentials to clear whatsoever credential records that are related to Office.
In addition, regarding "Can other accounts be added to your Outlook client successfully?", it aims to test if the issue is related to credentials, too, to check if a new account could be added to the Outlook client.
